Why We Built This Site
Public access does not always make the correct office obvious. The Waukesha County Clerk of Circuit Court keeps circuit-court filings and proceedings. Wisconsin Circuit Court Access, or WCCA, provides public case information, while the clerk supplies public file inspection and copies. Muskego and other municipal courts keep separate ordinance and municipal-traffic records. The site brings those distinctions, official contacts, search routes, fees, and request steps into a clearer local reference.
What You Will Find Here
The material is organized around common public court tasks in Waukesha County.
- Docket information: ways to search and read criminal court dockets and civil court dockets
- Dates and settings: official routes for checking the court schedule
- Case lookup: steps for a docket search by name or number
- Documents: procedures for obtaining court case records from the proper custodian
What We Cannot Do
This privately operated reference cannot act for the Wisconsin Circuit Court or its clerk.
- We cannot retrieve an official file or certified court record
- We cannot alter, cancel, or reset a hearing date
- We cannot seal, remove, or correct a case entry
- We cannot interpret a case or provide legal advice
- We cannot guarantee that a fee, date, or contact has not changed
An official or certified record must come from the Waukesha County Clerk of Circuit Court or the municipal court that maintains the original file.
